Thank you for taking time to look at my website. I’m a Nurse and a Psychological Therapist and I work with people who are 18+.I have worked within NHS Psychological Therapies services for over 15 years. I provide a compassionate, calm and non-judgemental place where you are welcome to explore the parts of yourself that feel misunderstood and unheard.I offer both face to face and online consultations.

I can offer both short and longer term work.Before moving to work independently, I worked in a variety of services in the NHS and in the non-statutory sector.I am registered with both the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. (BABCP)
